They did place second and clinch a spot in the Champions League, which is far more than many observers had predicted they would do this year.
When Gnabry was sighted at the weekend’s Formula One Spanish Grand Prix, he agreed to an interview with Sky Sports and shared his wish for Arsenal to win the League.
Now, supporters have pushed the German to make an incredible move back to the club during the summer transfer window on social media.
After Borussia Dortmund’s collapse on the last day, the 27-year-old German international winger just helped his team win its 11th straight Bundesliga championship.
Gnabry, though, is thought to be evaluating his future at the club as Bayern plans a firesale to aid in the rebuilding of their team.
In the past, a return to the Premier League has been discussed, with previous employers Arsenal mentioned.
The former West Brom loanee has also been monitored by Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester United.
We can readily imagine Gnabry returning to the Emirates since he is well-established enough to have a significant influence there.
But if the Gunners are unwilling to meet his exorbitant wage demands, he may follow the money, and we might see him go to PSG, La Liga, or an Italian powerhouse.
But we’d really like to see him wear that Arsenal shirt once again.
