Manchester United is interested in Sporting CP’s Manuel Ugarte, although the most recent information is that he has accepted a transfer to Chelsea.
The Uruguayan international will be signed by the Blues for £55.8 million (65 million euros), according to today’s edition of Record (news image supplied below).
The London club will pay 5 million euros in add-ons in addition to activating the 60 million euro clause. Famalicao, the player’s former club, will receive a portion of the sum.

Ugarte has reportedly agreed to personal conditions to go to Chelsea, according to Record, and wants to do so.
