In the upcoming summer transfer window, Jurrien Timber from Ajax is reportedly on his way to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
According to journalist Chris Wheatley’s tweets, Jurrien Timber’s transfer from Arsenal to Ajax will cost £40 million.
The 22-year-old defender will reportedly have a medical with Arsenal and sign a contract with the North London club, according to the reporter, who has more than 300,000 followers on Twitter.
The deal might be closed before the weekend, according to 90min.
De Telegraaf had previously reported that Timber has a contract in place with Arsenal and will make £130,000 per week if he joins the club.
