Ryan Gravenberch is reportedly being courted by Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool ahead of Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United.
In the upcoming summer transfer window, Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich is reportedly a target for Liverpool and Manchester United.
According to the report, Liverpool are “pushing” to close a deal for the midfielder, who earns £200,000 per week and is willing to leave German and European powerhouse Bayern in the summer of 2023.
According to The Mirror, Liverpool’s interest in the 21-year-old midfielder from the Netherlands is “more advanced” than that of Manchester United, who are also interested in the player.
Ryan Gravenberch: Manchester United or Liverpool?
In our opinion, Liverpool has a better chance of acquiring Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window than Manchester United.
Liverpool’s need to add midfielders this summer is more urgent.
After all, the Merseyside club has lost Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, James Milner, and Naby Keita.
Of course, United could use a young, dynamic player with enormous potential like Gravenberch.
And don’t forget that the Dutch midfielder previously played for Ajax and United’s head coach Erik ten Hag.
Although United’s takeover issues are taking longer than expected, Liverpool has already made it clear that they want to complete their business quickly by signing Argentine midfielder Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton and Hove Albion.
