Manchester United are interested in Milan striker Rafael Leao, but are ready to face PSG competition for his signing. The 22-year-old striker has been in excellent form this season for AC Milan, who are on their way to winning the Serie A title.
Rafael has been one of the driving forces behind the Rossoneri’s pursuit of the Scudetto this season, which only takes one point to win Serie A after 11 years. Rafael has scored 11 goals and assisted seven league goals and is their top scorer.
Thanks to a solid campaign, the Portuguese international is naturally attracting interest from Europe’s biggest teams, with Man United and PSG showing interest. But the Portuguese striker won’t come cheap as the aforementioned report claims the Rossoneri could demand €100m if they seal the league title.
This could discourage Man United, who may be on a tight budget as they fail to qualify for the UCL next campaign. PSG need to sign a new striker to replace Kylian Mbappe, who joins Real Madrid on a free transfer at the end of the season.
A new era begins for the Red Devils under the management of Erik ten Hag. They are in the wide player market, with Ajax striker Antony also linked with a move to the Theater of Dreams with the Portuguese.
