The summer will see an Argentine leave PSG.

Xavi claims that no decision has yet been made.
WHAT OCCURED? Since he left on a free transfer in 2021, rumours of a return to Camp Nou have been circulating, and they have grown now that his time at PSG will be coming to an end this summer. Xavi acknowledges that nothing has been decided yet and that a reunion is also dependent on Messi’s wishes.
WHAT THEY SAY: “It’s up in the air,” Xavi said at a press conference. “It depends on a lot of factors. I don’t have much more to say. Leo is a fantastic football player. He is a pal. From there, it depends on a variety of factors, but most importantly on his intentions and goals.
THE BIGGER PICTURE: According to Barca president Joan Laporta, the 35-year-old will be welcomed back to the team with “everything” he can muster. The Catalan team is not the only one interested in signing him, though. Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia is reportedly willing to pay him a whopping €500 million (£435 million/$541 million) to join them, and Inter Miami of the MLS has also been interested in him.
